I have been a client of this accounting firm since I began working over 30th yrs ago and I have never had anything but a great experience, very nice office.
By far the worst place to do your taxes, besides the fact that they never call you back Michelle is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She purposely messes up your return so you continue to go to her so she can take your money.
I would never do business with this person ever again.
I called her to gather information from my taxes that she filed for me and she won't release it.
Was referred to Michelle by a family member that has been using her for years. We were using one of the commercial tax places and was told that we were going to owe alot of money. Our family member suggested to have Michelle look at our taxes and she found multiple mistakes they were making every year. That year we actually got money back! And she has been taking care of us for 5 years since then. We send all of our family and friends to her and all have great experiences. Would give ten starts if I could.
Save yourself the trip going to her she's not worth it.
