All the other reviews are accurate. Rude security guard and secretary at front. I got there at 1:05 for my 1:15 appointment and the security guard wouldn't let me in even though the lady on the phone told me to get there early. They make you wait even though you're required to make an appointment.
Great office! It was empty I was in and out in less than 15 minutes 9:04 I walked in and back in my car by 9:18am. Security guard was nice probably still waking up and it's Friday. Rep at front desk was pleasant and Rep that assisted me was pleasant! These reviews make you think it's a horrible place but I had a great experience! It took longer for me to drive there than I spent there!
After months of repeated visits to the IRS web and got responses that only said "IRS has received our tax return and it is being processed", I called this office and talked to a gentleman who within minutes resolved our typo problem and assured us that we are OK and are no longer being processed. Thanks!!!
Everything change since the got appointment. My appointment time schedule was 8:30am, doors open at 9 am. I got interviewed at 9:10 am. Remember this is a federal building No Phone Calls Allowed, No Food, No Guns, No Drinks ( Only water ). So be advice that you are at the IRS a Federal Building.
