Nothing fancy, not a huge facility, tucked in an industrial park north of the airport runway, but it us affordable. Lots of units are being used as workshops. Small units are on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Large units are drive up, ground floor. Limited office hours. No help available on Saturdays even though they are posted as open 8am to 12noon. But when you do get someone, they try to be helpful. Passcode access gets unit owners into gate from 6am to 10pm, which is good. Big moving trucks will not be able to pull through to get out. Big trucks need to back in as close to a unit as best as they can from the street; that is my best tip for you, and even backing is challenging for a big truck because of second floor unit overhangs that the top of most moving trucks will not clear. But it can be done if you know the challenges in advance.
