MOST HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE EVER- I would not give ANY stars if I could. I made an appointment through Groupon, which I booked on my calendar and took the day off work immediately. When I arrived at the office, I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place so I called. The person I spoke to (I suspect the owner), stated she was 45 minutes late because she couldn’t help traffic and I wasn’t scheduled anyway due to a glitch in the computer system, relinquishing any responsibility at all. She went on to say that she might get to me at some point during the day with no specified time. When I voiced my disapproval and stated I will just be requesting a refund, she became verbally abusive, yelling and swearing at me prior to hanging up on me.
This woman did not at all appear to be stable in my opinion, and I have never in my life had such a horrendous experience with a business. I would strongly advise not letting her anywhere near you with a laser. Groupon would not refund my money and I’m appalled at the types of merchants supported. I was advised to transfer my voucher to a friend or family member..? I wouldn't advise anyone I care about let this woman near them with a laser, even for free. I'd rather be out the $100- there is a reason they're offering services at a 70% discount which is now abundantly clear
Do not waste your time and money. The most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. If you have a groupon don't even bother because you will be treated like you are second rate. Question to the business owner: why even do Groupon? To market yourself. Each person is a potential customer and future client. I am a great tipper and consumer.. All I need is great service in return and I'm hooked. Very disappointed.
I was also one of the ones who purchased 6 sessions with this place. Mostly because of the location. Then because she couldn't afford the location, moved all the way to palm harbor which is an houaway and now I can't get a refund and I have 4 sessions left. Now all they keep doing is rescheduling on the day I have the appointment. This location is closed down. I have yet to drive all the way out to palm harbor due to being rescheduled 3 times already. Place is a joke.
Save your money. Does not offer refunds and moved far away without notice. Noelle goes over your skin so fast that the laser doesn't even have time to hit all of the areas. She makes it a point to make you buy a whole new package once the first 6 sessions are completed just to rid the hair completely. Can be done in 6 sessions. I know because she focused on the hair around my ankles during one session and I never had hair grow back in that area. I will buy the second package elsewhere.
This was such a bad experience that I would give a zero and I want to provide a serious warning to anyone who is interested in getting treatments from them. Noelle would be on the top of the list of worst service professionals in the area. She was extremely unprofessional and she ended up not providing me service (because after I paid her she said she moved locations from Tampa to Palm Harbor which is no where near my home) and refused to give me a refund. I fully believe this business is a scam. Please save yourself a ton of wasted time (texting or calling because she won't respond and when she does she will shower you with excuses..."oh honey I'm sorry" or "honey I am just too busy to schedule you an appointment") and money.
