I attended Westchase Physical Therapy for the post-op rehab of my knee/acl and had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. From the front desk/financial & billing department to the therapists, each employee here is a pleasure to be around and work with. Throughout my time, I have been seen mainly by Grant and Christy. Not only are they experienced and professional in their work, but they take the time to address any concerns and thoroughly answer any questions I may have about my injury or rehab process. The scheduling is painless and flexible. I was even able to swing by (on a day I hadn't made an appointment) and Grant was willing to do a quick minute check on my knee after I feared I may have re-injured it while working the night before -- just to put my mind at ease. Cannot say enough positive things about this place so much so, that my mother has begun attending her own appointments and loves the environment just as much as I did. Definitely recommend!
I had a great experience with my rehab at Westchase Physical Therapy. Everything was always clearly explained to me, and they always took the time to find out how I was doing and how I felt about the therapy. They got me back to where I was before I got injured. Go see Crystal and the rest of the staff, you will be in good hands!
I cannot say enough about Westchase Physical Therapy. Grant and Kristy have been so great to work with and I love walking in and being asked how I am doing by Amelia at the front desk. I would recommend this location to friends, family, and anyone that I come across that needs therapy. I actually fly back from Chicago for therapy because I don't want to go elsewhere, based on how far I've come. I am walking on my own without the need of a brace or cane. Thank you guys!
I would recommend this place to anyone. Very professional and accommodating to your schedule. Crystal was an awesome therapist took her time to explain everything to me and you can tell she really cares for her patients all the therapists here even the front desk employees were very nice
I would highly recommend Westchase Physical Therapy. Crystal and Kristi are great physical therapists; both very knowledgeable and professional. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was happy to have a positive experience while recovering from a shoulder injury.
