I must tell you that this Pharmacy is the best Pharmacy that I have ever been too. They are very caring people, honestly they want to help you in every way they can. From the most charismatic owner Mr. Avinash Patel, and the assistants David, Michele and Bonnie are all great and very sharp and they are all equipped with the laws of Pharmacists and pharmaceuticals. If they do not know an answer to your question, they will find out before you leave their establishment. I feel like a member of family there and Mr. Patel makes sure that you feel welcome and helped, he is so very compassionate. A while back my 80 year old Mother was having trouble with her prescriptions and he helped her, he did not have to do that, its because he cares so much and that is just Mr. Patel and his staff. All the employees are also just as wonderful. These people would never make a mistake on your prescription, they stay on top of all the laws and do everything by the book and I love that, they make me feel safe in their hands, I trust them with my life.
I won't go anywhere else. They are all great. When you walk in the pharmacist always says hello and calls you by name and gets to know you, your not just a customer to him he truly cares and his staff is the same. If a problem comes up due to insurance or something that dr. may have missed they usually try to take care of it for you which in the past at a Corp chain they just turn you away and say maybe call your insurance company . I've been a customer for 8 years and we moved to Pasco recently but will drive to Tampa to go to his place anyday.
I have to say this is one of the most professional pharmacies I have ever been in. It gives you the hometown feeling, family-like atmosphere, and provides Professional Services. As you know often times there are difficulties with insurance companies and medications being filled. I can tell you that this Pharmacy is on the side of the consumer and will fight, assist, and help work through the difficulties and red tape of the insurance companies. I speak from many years of experience ( 18) as I met the owner, Mr Sharma, at a previous Pharmacy. I was thrilled to see he opened up North Dale Pharmacy and have never been more pleased to have such an awesome Hometown Pharmacy!
The staff is absolutely outstanding: David, Michelle, Bonnie! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to pick up a prescription! I have never been turned away being told that medications were not available or ready for pickup.
Always fast friendly and courteous. The best. Been consistently timely with all of my RX needs!
