I'm giving this place 1 star because I cannot post without giving one, otherwise I would give them nothing - which is what I walked out with after waiting for 30 mins for 2 fish. I came in last weekend to buy 2 pleccos but the employee there was helping another customer. I waited and waited thinking she would eventually greet me or tell me she would get to me soon but she didn't even acknowledge me or my daughter. The customer she was helping was also being a jack*ss considering she saw me and my kid waiting behind her but instead she made it worse by asking more questions about the fish and products and dragging out the time. The cashier never once left the register to assist, I understand its difficult to be enthusiastic about a pet store job but it is your job and you should at least pretend to care. I basically walked out after wasting my time...I've purchased fish and aquarium accessories and even dog food from this place in the past but you won't catch spending another dime here.
Large pet supply store, had what I was looking for. They also have a vet clinic, no herp vet though so for those of us with reptiles it doesn't really help. Reptile section is one isle & their "for sale" reptiles seemed to have some mouth rot. It had what I needed in a pinch since my basking bulb blew early in the morning so I was able to get a replacement. Otherwise pretty standard care of the animals they have for sale which in pet stores usually means bare minimum.
Very friendly staff though. Super nice.
Groomer was wonderful. My dog Sprocket looks and smells so clean. The staff at the store was so helpful and I will definitely be returning for all my fur babies needs. A+++!!!!
very negative environment ,all i wanted was a fish and instead i got dirty looks from some employee because i was in pajamas
The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a store ,I will never come here again ,the employees are completely unprofessional and rude -i asked an employee lady to pet a hamster and she started scolding me and making horrible remarks on the respect of animals-please save yourself and go to pet smart
