Good service and food. Place is clean and has good a/c setting, temperature is around 70f - 75f. Smells fresh. But the seating not so comfy, I felt like being in time out! Seats does not recline and no feet rest.
My first experience was horrible. I got to the movie and ordered a drink within the first 3 minutes of my movie. I asked where my drink was twice and it never came. An hour into the movie the check was dropped off and my drink hadn't came. When I told the person I didn't receive my drink they said I could just keep the check and wait for the drink. I didn't even want the drink at that point and they expected me to pay before I even received my drink. Horrible service.
I have recently attended this movie theater with my friend for the first time. It was a Sunday night and we went to go see 47 meters down. The theater was really nice. It is big, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed the arrangement of it. The only downside to it was we ordered our food the moment the movie started. We were both really hungry so we were hoping it would be a slightly speedy process, as the movie theater was not that full. Our server wrote down our order and disappeared. During the movie, servers continued to come up to us with other food that was not ours at all. They said sorry and left. Around more than halfway through the movie we did not get our food, at all. My friend just canceled the order. The server said sorry and she said she was speaking to her manager. She seemed a bit stressed out. On our way out we were going up the escalator and it just stopped but it could be because they were possibly closing. The theater itself seems really cool and the concept but the service was really bad in my opinion.
I have to admit that I was impressed with the service! The food was delivered fresh and hot and the drinks were definitely on point. The servers were very courteous and professional. The seats and movie theater were clean and comfortable with adequate room to walk thru and stretch, and a tray with a service button is attached to your seat for service. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the bathroom; most of the stalls were not clean, could have been a WHOLE lot better. I would like to add I enjoyed the movie as well:)
The theater is nice but after giving your ticket to the person, you go down this long dark hallway. Weird. I ordered coconut chicken not my favorite. I hated the distraction of the waiters going in and out through the entire movie. NOPE not for me.
