While dealing with legal matters is never a stress free situation especially in cases involving employment law, Mr. Fenton and his team made it as easy as possible. If they say they will call you back they will, if they say they will send you an email it arrives promptly. I never had to worry. If only all lawyers were this proficient and caring. While I hope I never have to use their services again, I wouldn't hesitate if I needed to do so. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing their services!
I had a great experience with this firm. Everything was easy, they responded quickly, and Brandon, along with all other staff there, were always quick to respond to my emails or calls regarding any questions I had, or informing me of any updates. Definitely would recommend for anyone that is unsure of a firm to partner with!
Horrible customer service!!! They scheduled me for a telephone counsel and when the attorney called me, she did not even have the courtesy to read the emails about the case. She was very unprepared/uninformed as well as in a rush to finish the call. Awful customer service. Do not waste your time with this firm. They conduct business in a "fast food mode". In addition, they will not tell you until they call you that they will keep 45% of any compensation granted in your case. Be advise, they will keep almost half of your well-deserved compensation.
