We've been trying to gain an update on my husband passport information and EVERY time we call no one answers the phone. Is this even an embassy? We're about to go higher up to report this location due to the lack of communication and the so called professionals that are not assisting customers. In order to gain a check you must work, therefore if you're not working I suggest this embassy hire professional representatives immediately. This is ridiculous and needs a new staff of employees asap!

Trying to contact this location is absolutely ridiculous how can you get a hold of an embassy that NEVER answers wow I have to report this place speak to whoever is on top of the embassy. They need to representatives. HORRIBLE experience and I haven't even been to the embassy yet.
I had a very polite and professional experience there. If you can't get through by phone simply email them and they will get back to you very soon. They responded to my email within 12 hours and I was able to get someone on the phone. They made an appointment with me and it worked out very well for everyone. All within a 24 hour period.
