The property manager plays favorites if your not her boyfriend who she lets run everything or his friends don't count on her
A lot of drug and alcohol use goes on here. The place is reasonably kept up considering tbe people traffic that it has. Cops are there a lot looking for drugs and other criminal activity.
Also they only hire cheap labor so most of the workers don't know what there
Over there every week i mean really every week!! And since I lived there two people have die there either on or by the property
Management is nice. Rent is very low

doing, when you call the owner to complain they tell hem you lied
she always lets her boyfriend have music very very loud even after ten o'clock which is against the lease
She still lets him do it but when someone else does she comes quick
So he never fix the problem which is understanding you can't fixs something when you don't know it's broken
Great place to go if your girlfriend lives there make sure you bring your own gun nothing but rap music and moon crickets
