Walking in the smell of raw sewage greets you like old Paris. From the dead insects to the "meh" service, it conveys a feeling of truly being French.
This place reminded me of eating as a teenager traveling in France. I could only afford restaurants that aspire to mediocrity. Seems they have added a surcharge to import that to the States.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. The food is absolutely amazing. I heard they are changing the name and re-opening to add a fantastic dinner menu. If you are anywhere near by, stop in and enjoy one of Tampa's premiere French Restaurants!
Actually the bread was ok, but that's about it.

$7.50 for 3 low-quality, thin slices of prepackaged deli meat on a 5" piece of baguette with mustard and cheese?
Ate breakfast here for our anniversary hoping to have an authentic French experience. We ordered egg sandwiches on croissants that were drenched in butter, the bacon wasn't cooked properly. Then we ordered a crepe that was virtually empty inside and cold. Not worth a return trip.
