If you're looking for a place to party that's for grown ups and a great DJ make sure you stop boy by the Jazz house and while you're there say hello to DJ saying man who's been rocking there for years
We could only stay briefly since half of our party couldn't even get in the door. After paying cover, we weren't able to get a drink after standing at the bar, cash in hand, for 30 minutes. So, we left, without ever getting a drink. When we politely asked for a refund due to the circumstances and the service, they laughed at us. I understand we were tourists, but we were trying to spend money and we were treated like trash.
The Jazz House was freaking amazing for my 30th Birthday celebration. The band was on fire the whole night. ALL my guests also had a blast. This was most of our first time attending the Jazz house and we all had a phenomenal experience. The hostess Hannah I believe her name was (I will blame my memory on the wine if the name is not correct) lol she was simply amazing. Great customer service!!!! I am happy I choose this venue for my birthday celebration. I will be returning to turn up again soon. ~Melissa
Great music, but incredibly rude staff and a very strict dress code. Long pants in Florida? In my opinion, that's a little extreme.
Jazz House very nice environment and live atmosphere. Very crowded and limited seating and walking space. Prepare to sweat
This venue doesn't live up to the expectations it presents. The venue was very hot. The drinks were overpriced with a crappie presentation. The bathrooms were filthy and hot, where's the ac? The rooftop seemed cool but the bartenders didn't have products to make cocktails and had to go to the lower level to get product. The floor on the roof top was wet, the cabana didn't have cover and you were left sitting in the sun yet it's considered vip. This place needs to do some research and see what their competitors are doing and take note!!!!
