love banking with 53rd..never slow service and always friendly
This branch has a secured door entry with a metal detector, so as to prohibit entry with a weapon. Sounds fine, except that all they are doing is ensuring their customers are unarmed and defenseless when entering and leaving the bank, thus informing all criminals that the pickings are easy here. I find the absolutely callous disregard for the safety of their customers, along with the laws of Florida to be pathetic. If someone is ever robbed on their property (I do NOT wish this to happen) and injured or killed because they were unable to defend themselves due to this policy, I would expect them to be sued for a massive amount. I have to use them for work, but only in the drive through - I give up my rights for no one.
Terrible and rude staff, get nothing done. Whenever they have a problem, instead of trying to solve it, they direct you to the Dale Mabry or Wesley Chapel branches instead.
The worst bank teller there! Did not want to help at all
I opened a checking account with them and then closed it after a year. I received a statement charging me an $11 service fee for a closed account. I've tried to call them, but the phone has rung 20 times twice now and no one has answered. Maybe they have a new number but that means the one at their website is wrong. I'm not impressed.
